As an optician at CVC, I help educate my patients on their eyewear options that fit their needs. I also work closely with the doctors to assure my patients are getting exactly what the doctor prescribed.

Four Fun Facts About Me:

1. 1. I have done two programs with NASA. One of the programs allowed me to fly on G Force One (a.k.a. “Vomit Comet”) and experience zero gravity.

2. 2. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Science from UW-Eau Claire and continued my studies to earn my certificate in opticianry.

3. 3. I traveled to Italy and Greece on a marching band trip and played for the Pope on New Year’s Day.

4. 4. I rode a bicycle with my family from Hudson, WI to Grapevine, TX. We rode 1100 miles in 11 days.
